Abstract :Cu2O-CuxS thin films have been deposited on glass substrate by chemical bath deposition technique. The films were obtained by depositing Copper Sulphide insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(CuxS); on Copper insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(I); Oxide insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Cu2O); and then Cu2O on CuxS.
