Abstract :Integral Humanism a philosophy of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya which is originally known as Ekātma Manav Darshan is a philosophical thought of unity with spiritual oneness among all humans. This philosophacl notion posits individuals through a lesse of shared consciousness, protecting individuals & groups with social. moral and universal harmony. It has been influnced by Gandhian Philosophy "Sarvodaya" (welfare for all), Aham Brahmasmi" (I am Brahman) or "Tat Tvam Asi" (You are That light) which comes from the ancient Indian philosophy specially Advaita Vedanta," brideing the unity with the individual self and the universal consciousness i.e. the universal self. Ekātma Manav Darshan emphysizes spiritual unity in all humans through the manifestations of the one consciousness i.e. Brahman. Focusing on Universal Brotherhood erasing differences & discrimination in the name caste, creed, religion, gender, or culture biasness. İt has four Goals of Humanity by mentioning into four hierarchically i.e. body, mind, intellect, and soul, which correspond to the four key notions of indian philosophical thought - Dharma (moral duty), Artha (wealth), Kama (desire or satisfaction), and Moksha (complete liberation or `salvation`). Dharma i.e. duty is the `fundamental` of meterial life and Moksha is the `ultimate` goal of humanity and society. Integral Humanism is a unique philosophy having both political & social reflections focusing on common good can make true balances between individual freedom with social needs. By embracing this philosophy, every nations can reachtowards achieving global welfare and promoting harmony, peace, prosperity, human flourishing & welbeing for all
