Abstract :ÖZET: Safra taşı ileusu ince barsak obstrüksiyonlarının nadir görülen bir sebebidir.   Mekanik obstrüksiyonların %1-4’ünü oluşturur. Kolelithiazisin nadir görülen bir komplikasyonu olarak kabul edilir. Teşhiste gecikmeden dolayı mortalite ve morbiditesi yüksektir. Bu olgu sunumunda safra taşına bağlı ileus gelişen bir olgunun bilgisayarlı tomografi bulguları ve operasyon süreci sunulmaktadır. İt’s responsible for about %1-4 of mechanic ileus   .Gallstone ileus is rare complication of cholelithiasis. The mortality and morbidity rate remains high because of delayed diagnosis.
