Abstract :ÖZET: Yabancı cisim yutulması daha sık pediatrik yaş grubunda görülmekle beraber her yaş grubunda görülebilir. Yutulan cisimlerin çoğu herhangi bir sağlık problemine yol açmaksızın defekasyon yoluyla vücuttan atılır. Bu olgumuzda yanlışlıkla iğne yuttuğunu tanımlayan hastanın 1 sene sonrasında karaciğerinde oluşan görüntü ve operasyon süreci ameliyat öncesi tetkikler ile beraber değerlendirilmiştir. ANAHTAR KELIMELER: Yabancı cisim, karaciğer   DIGESTED FOREIGN BODY MIGRATION TO LIVER: CASE REPORT         ABSTRACT: Swallowing of foreign objects can be seen at all ages especially in pediatric population. Most swallowed        foreign objects are disposed from the body without any health problems through defecation. İn this case we report a            patient who swallowed a pin by mistake, 1 year later liver image and operation process with preoperative examination. KEYWORDS: Foreign body, liver
