Abstract :ÖZET: Paratiroid karsinomu nadir görülen ve ciddi hiperparatiroidi tablosu ile seyreden bir hastalıktır. Tüm hiperparatiroidilerin yaklaşık %1’ini oluşturur. Yetersiz tedaviler sonrasında nüksler sıklıkla görülebilir. Paratiroid kanserlerinin tedavisi boyun eksplorasyonuyla birlikte tümör ve aynı taraftaki tiroid lobunun tümüyle alınmasını ve ek komşu lenf nodlarının çıkarılmasını kapsar. Biz bu çalışmada hiperkalsemi bulguları ve boyunda şişkinlik şikayetiyle başvuran paratiroid karsinomu olgusunu sunmayı amaçladık. It composes 1% all of the hyperparathyroidsm. After inadequate cures, it can be seen recurrence frequently. Parathyroid cancers cure comprehends removal of the tumors and same side thyroid lobe with the neck explorations tumor and thrown out additional same side neighboring lenf nodes.
