Abstract :Öz: Dalak abseleri nadir görülür. Tanı koymak zor olmakla beraber tedavisiz bırakılan olgularda mortalite oldukça yüksektir. Abse tespit edilse bile her zaman etyolojisi belirlenemeyebilir. Özellikle sol üst kadran ağrısı ve yüksek ateşle kendini belli etmektedir.
