Abstract :Öz: Duplikasyon kistleri nadir görülen ve gastrointestinal sistemde herhangi bir yerde oluşabilen konjenital anomalilerdir. Daha sıklıkla kanama, ileus, volvulus, perforasyon gibi komplikatif hadiselerle veya laparotomi esnasında insidental olarak saptanırlar. Bu yazımızda mezenterik duplikasyon kistine bağlı ileus semptomları oluşan 54 yaşında bayan hastayı sunduk.
