Abstract :The effects of the constantly changing environment on human life and the development of the IT and technology sector have forced public institutions and IT specialists to work efficiently to meet all the different information demands from society. It is important for information professionals in the field of information science to show effective leadership characteristics while making various management decisions in the institutions they manage and to receive training in conflict communication and information management. Equipped information professionals are of great importance not only for leaders, but also for the more functional functioning of all lower and upper management levels of the organization. Taking these situations into account, academic studies can be put forward and management and communication studies can be developed in information centers. In the first part of the study, a literature review was conducted; in the second part, the findings of the semi-structured review were analyzed, and suggestions suitable for the analysis of research findings were put forward in the conclusion part. The research data of the study can be used to test the effect of contextual factors on the relationship between information center users and information center managers.Keywords : Kütüphane Yönetimi, Liderlik, İletişim Teknolojileri, UNIKOP Bölgesi
