Abstract :Özet: Saaty tarafından geliştirilen AHP yöntemi bir çok kriterli karar verme yöntemidir. Amaç, karar kriterleri ve karar alternatifleri ile bir hiyerarşi kurar ve farklı alternatifleri göreli önem değerlerine göre sıralar. Bu çalışmada, AHP yöntemi incelenmiş ve imalat sektöründeki gerçek bir uygulama ele alınmıştır. Sanayi tesisleri imal eden bir işletmede bir yatırım kararı verilmesi için AHP yöntemi kullanılmıştır. AHP’de amaç en önemli olandan en önemsiz olana doğru bir sıralama yaparak, en uygun ve önemli alternatifi seçmektir. Uygulama probleminin analizi ve çözümü Expert Choice programı ile gerçekleştirilerek en uygun alternatif seçilmiştir. Ayrıca uygulamanın sonunda, alternatiflere ilişkin elde edilen sıralamaların karar vericiler açısından güvenilir olduğu yargısına ulaşılmıştır. Böylece AHP yöntemiyle uygulama yapılan İşletme için bir karar destek sistemi geliştirilmiştir. Abstract: AHP, developed by Saaty is a multi-criteria decision making method. It creates a hierarchy using the goal, decision criteria and decision alternatives and sorts the various alternatives according to their relative importance. In this study, AHP method is analyzed and a real life application in manufacturing sector is described. AHP is used in an industrial facility manufacturer to make an investment decision. The aim in AHP is to choose the most suitable and important alternative by making an arrangement from the most important to the least. The analysis and solution of the application problem are completed using Expert Choice and the most suitable alternative is selected. Also, at the end of the application, it is concluded that the order related to the alternatives is reliable for the decision markers. Thus, a decision supporting method for firm, a company using AHP applications, is developed.
