Data were analyzed by using structural equation modeling, and conventional statistical analysis. Findings show that emotion regulation is associated with decreased stress and increased job satisfaction, and stressors in life do not need to be work-related to decrease job satisfaction. Managerial style, job control, and job insecurity also highly influence job satisfaction.
