Abstract :Fields, which are the smallest, meaningfıd units, come together to form records, and records, either of the same content or same group, come together to form fileş or tables. Fileş or tables of the same System form the database, and database management system is the name given to the programs that are developed to create and manage databases. Nowadays there are various database management systems developed for lise in microcomputers. One of them is Microsoft Access, Microsoft Access as a database management system, is a very efficient, -productive and convenient means both in unprofessional and professionnal applications.
