Abstract :The main aim in this article is to examines relations between restructuring process of world economy which is called world capitalism and economic structures of West- African countries within the theoretical framework of intenıationalization of production Capital. To begin with, internationalization of production Capital and iis some charecteristics are given. The second section on is focused on changing structures of West-African economies in related to restructuring process of world capitalism.
