Abstract :Motivation, as a concept, means that through influencing human behaviors to sarne extent, canalizing them towards certain aims. It is only possible by motivation fast to use total energy of individuals and to benefıt from their abilities. There fore motivation is a very important factor, which helps. Marketing activities and realizing of sale function productively and effectively.
