Abstract :Sustainable development is the development that meets the needs of the present generations without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs. Sustainable development this stresses the interdependence between economic growth and environmental quality. Due to increased consciousness of consumers about the environment, companies faced with the challenge of integrating environmental considerations into their management Systems. The companies which are sucessful in achieving this end will have competitive advantage over their rivals in the long run.
