Abstract :The porpose of this article in Turkish, is to investegate into the technological, economic and social changes created by the significant impromovements in information technology. I hope, I will be able to define the dinamics of the changes created by the major strides in informaiion technology.’ Many authors and stııdents of information technology cali the last few decades as `The Information Age` these changes in `Information technology create many changes around the Globe and result in significant meanings and opportinities for Turkey. Total Quality Management is one of the developments of this Information Age and the paper summarises the possibilities for implementing TQM in shools, hospitals, as well as business enterprises.
