Abstract :Small and Medium Size Enterprises create new opportunities for employment, minimize the differences in development among regions, shift individual savings to economy and thanks to their flexible structures they can keep up with the recent changes and in this way they have a great significance. Nevertheless, there is no agreement on the defmition and framework of these enterprises. This is valid not only domestically but internationally as well.
