Abstract :The main of this paper is determine the basic framework of evoluiion of Turkish Republic Bureaucracy under the light of Group Theory. in this study, first of ali, it is mentioned about specifıcations bureaucracy in the framework of opinions of M. Weber, A. Bentiy, C. Lindblom, M. Olsotı, G. Almond and B. Powell, as a group. After that, the evoluation of Turkish Republic Bureaucracy was examined and taken up from foundation of Turkish Republic to preseni under the four headlines.
