Abstract :This study was conducted with a view to understanding the relationships between job satisfaction and cultural assumptions of employees in TQM implemented organizations. 53 middle managers from among different organizations were utilized for this purpose. Findings indicated that, some of the cultural assumptions significantly contributed to the variation of job satisfaction.
