Abstract :Became of Management’s either environmental factors or cooperative factors their finding themselves in acriris is a quite possibility. Public Relation which has the responsibility of collecting and delivering information during the crisis, as long as it applies the tactigues up to the management, product and communication, according, to the purpose, the manager in crisis, besides over coming the crisis, completes the constitution process successfully and can possibly gain a positive image in a short while.
