Abstract :The capitalist world economy which dominated the immediate post-war period was overturned in the 1970`s. Radical process of social change affects the economic and spatial situations in both developed and underdeveloped economies. Key elements in this world order are flexible Capital accumulation and new international divisions of laborinsert ignore into journalissuearticles values(NIDL);. Both concept are also the main dynamics for creating new spatial pattern that is called global eco-spatial flexibility.
