Abstract :Son çeyrek asırda giderek artan oranlarda dış borçlanmaya yönelen Gelişmekte Olan Ülkeler insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(GOÜ); ve bunlar arasında Türkiye, önemli bir dış borçlanma ile karşı karşıyadır. Doğal olarak bu şekilde aşın borçlanma, her ülke ekonomisi üzerinde olumsuz etki meydana getirdiği gibi Türkiye ekonomisi üzerinde de olumsuz etkiler meydana getirmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı, Türkiye`nin dış borç yapışım ortaya koymak ve konunun eleştirisel yönünü ele alıp incelemektir.
