Abstract :In today’s highly competitive world markets, it is becoming increasingly important to develop new products in a short time and emctly in the way the customer world like. TOM insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Total Qualitative Management); approach requires this too. But what the customer really needs is an issue which is long debated. QFD insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(Quality Function Development); method is a technique which fîlls this gap.
