Abstract :The main aim in this article is to examines relatiom between restructuring process of world economy which is called v/orld capitalism and ecorıomic structures of IVest-Afrikan countries within the theoretical framework of intemationalization of production Capital. To begin mth, intemationalization of production Capital and its some characteristics are given. The second section is focused on changing structures of West -Afrıcan economies in related to restructurin process of world capitalism. Finally, last section is revioved theoretical framework of intemationalization of production Capital.
