Abstract :Repurchase agreements have been examir.ed in respect of lavt in this paper. in general, stocks and bonds which used in the repurchase agreements are treasure bonds, State bonds and bank bonds. Legislation on tax and duties about securities in the repurchase agreements have been studied in this article.
