Abstract :ln this paper flrst we will consider technology and innovation concepts. They are vital that we understand the natural and effects of technological change and innovation because they are only in this way that we may hope to prosper and to grow. However, at the end of the paper we will pause to consider some of the adverse effects of the management and administration.
