Abstract :This article is related to a Computer simulatıon program that can be used in the training of banking personnel the program is prepared in such a way that, participants decisions effect their banks growth and profit `Banking simulation Game` Computer program shows several administrative problems which can arise in a bank, by this way personnel could gain practice and experience.
