Abstract :The prime issue of education is to foster the growth of real democrat generations who reflect this clearly into tlıeir approaches and belıaviors, in societies where democracy is to be adopted as the way of life. Whereas the prerequisite for this is to have teachers and education managers who would set real role models by their concrete behaviors and lifestyles.
