Abstract :This research is related to the use of professiotıal managers in Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises. Owners of these types of firms are also managers and this situation is an advantage and a threat at the same time. Growth of the firms reqııirement of specialization and Information flow adequacy requires professional managers except from the owners. In general, it has been found that owners of out Small and Medium Sized Enterprises were involuntary about using professionals. This study has a goal of taking attention and opening discussions about the subject
