Abstract :One of the major paradoxes of organizational life is the maintenance of individuality and self-responsibility alongside the creation of co-operation and conformity. Although there are many psychological approaches to conceptualizing and understanding human individual differences, only two kitıd of main approaches insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(idiographic and nomothetic); will be widely discussed in this study.
