Abstract :The aim of this stuıly is to analyze financial markets with a special reference to Turkish case. Financial Services are analyzed under three main groups; financial markets, financial institutions and financial instruments. Financial markets are divided two main groups. These are money market and Capital market. AIso, financial institutions and financial instruments are divided two main groups; respectively, nıoney market institution and capital market institution, and nıoney market, instruments and capital market instruments.
