Abstract :Recent developments in the world economy reduced the importance of geographical borders and changed the way and the dimensions of the competition all around the world It is clear that Turkish enterprises should adapt themselves to these new conditions. In this adaptation process, effective use of training and Consulting Services becomes a must for Turkish Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(KOBI);. This research generally examines the training and Consulting needs of Small and Medium-Sized Enterprises, their benefıting levels from these Services, and consciousness level about those Services.
