Abstract :Investment Trust is one of the associations in the stock- market law. Even though investment trust is one of the associations in the stock- market, it interested in commercial law, obligation law and civil law. Consequently, we must research lawful feature of the investment trust. Finally investment trusts iıave as feature confidential ownership, the contract.
