Abstract :European Union is one of the most important association around the world. It is institutionalized and has own bodies for management. Since Turkey applied for the membership, there began a long term crisis. Turkey has some advantages and also disadvantages in its own and the Union evaluates every circumstance against or besides Turkey. The crisis management plan has to be done and participation to the Union has to be realized.
