Abstract :One of the most popular topics nowadays, because of increasing number of Mergers and Acquisitions, is the “synergy”. Synergy in M & A is mainly based on cost digression and sales increases. It has an important role in calculation of the premium which is great cost-factor. The synergy yvhich is gained through M & A can both have the negative and positive results. But important is, how big the volüme of the difference between the positive and negative synergy is. The aim of this work is to discuss the details of the above mentioned subject.
