Abstract :in our study we investigated constiluting datum process under fıve topics in Qucılity Function Deployment insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(QFD);. At flrst part historicalprogress of QFD, at second part ali of QFD took part in. At third and fourth parts we investigated importance in marketing of custonıer wishes and place of customer in organization. In fıfth part wishes of customer are investigated. İn this part we explained the conditions for understanding cııstomers` wishes.
