Abstract :The widespread adoption of intranets, extranets and the acceptance of the Internet as a business platform have created a foundation for business-to-business electronic commerce that offers the potential for organizations to streamline comp!ex process, lower costs and improve productivity. Internet is more than just a medium used in direct producer-buyer contact. In this regard, logistics in electronic commerce is a process of systematizing information to facilitate the efficient and cost-effective flows of goods and Services to produce customer satisfaction.
