Abstract :As result of the developments that were lived in tlıe second half of 2ffh Century offshore banking has appeared. The most important markeis that International deals are laken pilice are divided to two as Eurocurrency and Eurobond. Euro centers are centers in which Euro currencies are subject to intensive operations and that plays active role in the realization of currency Jlow. The activity areas of offshore banks are quite wide and also cover most of the classical banks` operations.
