Abstract :Project fınancing is a loan structure which reliesfor its repayment primarily on ıhe project ‘s cash flow with the projects assets, rights and interests. The ability to identify and quantify the risks in a project fınancing is pivotal to any understanding of the business. This understanding of risk underpins any worthwhile set of project fınance documentation.
