Abstract :As a consequence of new information technologies the number of information-sources is increasing. This leads to the change of information amount and information quality as welL Designing information systems which allows to fınd the needed information easily gets more and more important. There are three technical Solutions to build information systems. The Data Warehousing System is one of them. This article deals with data warehouses insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(DW);. First, the comparison ofDW with other information system Solutions is given . Then, the architecture of a D W is presented. Finally perspectives of data warehouses are discussed.
