Consequently, compares have made massive investments in technology t o support information. information tvork is work ihat primarily creating or processing information. It is carrying out by information workers who usually are divided into two sub-categories. Data morkers include secretaries, sales personals, accountants. But researchers, designers, architects, writers ete are knowledge workers.
