Dr Hüseyin ÖZKAN   Abstract               The purpose of this research is to determine the attitude of secondary school students in Muğla towards Physical Education and Sports lessons.             While secondary school students in Muğla from the scope of this research, 458 volunteer secondary school students insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(232 of whom are male and 226 of whom are female); who were selected randomly from 8 secondary schools from the 6th, 7th and 8th grade classes form the sample of the research.             Survey method was used collect data. Demographic features are covered in the first part of the survey while the scale of physical education and attitude which Demirhan and Altay insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(2001); revised in the second part. SPSS insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(16); statistics programme used to evaluate the data and the level of significance was taken as insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(p<0,05);. The frequency analyses were performed to determine the percentage of demographic data and survey items. The T-test is used to compare the gender and attitude towards physical education in independent groups.
