Abstract :Primer amenore anatomik, endokrin veya sitogenetik bozukluklar nedeniyle 16 yaşına kadar menarşıngerçekleşmemesi olarak tanımlanır. Bu hastalarda altta yatan anomaliyi saptamak uygun tedavi içinönemlidir. Manyetik Rezonans görüntüleme iyonizan radyasyon içermemesi ve yüksek kontrastrezolüsyonu sayesinde anatomik detayı noninvazif olarak ortaya koyan etkin bir tanı yöntemidir. Buçalışmada primer amenoreli hastalarda manyetik rezonans görüntüleme bulguları sunularak tanıdakietkinliği araştırılmıştır.
