Abstract :Genellikle normal paternden sapmalar olarak değerlendirilen koroner arter anomalileri; anjiografik çalışmalardayaklaşık %1 oranında bildirilmiştir. En yaygın görülen anomali sirkumfleks arter ile ilgilidir. Bununla birliktesirkumfleks arterin yokluğu oldukça nadir olup şimdiye kadar sadece 3 vaka rapor edilmiştir. Sirkumfleks arteriolmayan ve sağ koroner arterin sirkumfleks arterin devamı olarak izlendiği ve efor testi pozitif olan bir olguyubildirmeyi amaçladık.
