Abstract :Arka mediasten kitleleri nadir görülmekle birlikte en sık rastlanılan grubu nörojenik tümörler meydana getirir.Periferik sinir kılıfından köken alan nörofi brom ve nörilemmomlar insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(schwannoma); en sık gözlenirler. Yıllarcaasemptomatik geç dönemde tanı konan schwannomalara eskimiş insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(ancient); schwannoma denir. Biz de böyle birolguyu ilgili literatür eşliğinde sunmayı uygun bulduk.
