Abstract :Postkardiyotomi sendromunda, hemodinamik stabiliteyi sağlamak için kullanımı kabul görmüş çeşitli ventriküler destek cihazları mevcuttur. Her ne kadar daha çok kardiyoloji pratiğinde kullanılsa da bu cihazlardan birisi de İmpella ventriküler destek cihazıdır. Özellikle post operatif erken dönemde postkardiyotomi sendromu gelişen hastalarda yüksek heparinizasyon gerektirmemesi bu cihazın en önemli avantajı ve tercih sebebidir. Bu makalede, erken post operatif dönemde İmpella ventriküler destek cihazı kullanılan postkardiyotomi sendromlu bir hasta sunulmaktadır.
