Abstract :Trakeobronşial ağaç içine olan yabancı cisim aspirasyonları çocukluk çağında kaza sonucu meydana gelen ani beklenmedik ölümlerin en sık nedenleri arasındadır.Bu çalışmada, plastik eldiven parçası aspirasyonuna bağlı asfiksi nedeniyle ölen bir çocuk olgu sunulmuştur. Olgumuz, annesi tarafından ölü bulunan sağlıklı 6 aylık bir erkek bebektir. Otopside larinksin plastik eldiven parçası ile tam tıkalı olduğu tespit edilmiştir. Bu olguya ait bulgular, literatür eşliğinde tartışılmıştır.
