Abstract :Patent ductus arteriosusinsert ignore into journalissuearticles values(PDA);, genellikle erişkin yaşta semptomatik hale gelerek tanı almaktadır. Son yirmi yılda, PDA’ların transkateter yolla kapatılmasında büyük başarı sağlanmıştır. Bu tekniği uygulamak geniş PDA’larda görece kolay olmakla birlikte; küçük bir PDA’dan kan akımının aksi yönünde kateteri geçirmek zor ve zaman harcayıcı olabilmekte hatta bazen başarısızlıkla sonlanmaktadır. Böyle durumlarda; tersi yönde kılavuz teli snare ile yakalayarak aortadan pulmoner artere ve sağ atriyuma çekmek yardımcı olabilmektedir.
