Abstract :Sweet Sendromu ateş, ağrılı inflamatuvar papül ve nodüllerden oluşan, nötrofilik lökositoz ve histopatolojisinde dermiste yoğun nötrofil infiltrasyonu ile karakterize bir dermatozdur. Sweet sendromunun el dorsumlarının nötrofilik dermatozu insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(EDND); adı verilen genellikle el dorsumuna lokalize bir formu da vardır. Bu dermatozda lezyonlar, çoğunlukla el dorsumunda yer alırken, palmar yerleşimli olan vaka bildirileri sınırlıdır. Burada nadir görülmesinden dolayı palmar yerleşimli 42 ve 61 yaşlarında iki bayan EDND olgusunu sunuyoruz.
