Abstract :Kalçanın sinovial kondromatozi, eklem kapsülünde kıkırdak oluşumu ve snovial metaplaziyle karakterize ve eklemin snovyal membranında metaplastik kıkırdak oluşuran nadir görülen bir durumdur. Snovyal kondromatozis erken evrelerde nonspesifik bulguları oluduğu için mekanik semptomlar ve artroz gelişinceye kadar sıklıkla teşhisinde gecikilebilir. Biz ağrılı ve eklemde kısıtlılığı olan ihmal edilmiş snovyal kondromatozis olgusu sunmayı amaçladık. Lateral kalça yaklaşımı ile yapılan snovyal rezeksiyon ve total kalça artroplastisinden sonra 15 aylık takiplerinde mükemmel fonksiyonel sonuçlar elde edildi.
