Abstract :Meş erozyonu, transobturator tape insert ignore into journalissuearticles values(TOT); uygulaması sonrası görülen nadir bir komplikasyondur. Meş erozyonu küçük bir alanda görüldüğünde vajinal topikal östrojen tedavisi ile giderilebilmekte ancak geniş alanlı meş erozyonunda ya da enfekte meş varlığında meşin eksize edilmesi önerilmektedir. Burada, transobturator tape uygulaması sonrasında vajina ve ciltte meş erozyonu gelişen bir olguda lokal meş eksizyonu ve vajinal mukoza onarımı sunulmuştur.
